The performance in the field of drilling activity and its success is guaranteed by a wide range of associated drilling equipment, which includes RC & core drill rigs, man-portable drill rigs, track compressors, multi-purpose track units, mud & water pumps, generators, booster compressors, lighting plants and by the modern equipment complying with the European standards.GENFOR has earned a reputation for providing quality drilling services and high levels of safety, support and backup for our drilling operations throughout, Romania, Bulgaria, Ukraine, Slovakia, Portugal, Russian Federation - Siberia, Africa - Eritrea.

Our aim is to
provide the very best service and commitment to our client’s at all
times. The quality of the services provided by GENFOR means a large
spectrum of mining services for its customers and excellent training of
the specialists. Quality is the purpose of activity developed by the
company and is part of its strategy defined by costumer requirements.
To achieve this GENFOR has employed qualified and experienced
personnel. Our dedicated team of personnel, which includes: Site and
Drilling Supervisors, Drillers, Support crews, Fitters, Mechanics,
Welders, Workshop Machinists, Management and Administration staff.

GENFOR employs approximately one hundred personnel. This number does not include the local personnel and labourers that GENFOR hires on long or short-term basis. The personnel consist of: Administration staff: Drill Supervisors, Drilling assistants, Drillers, Drill support crews. Workshop stores staff: Fitters/Mechanics, Machinists, Welders, Safety & Security officers.
Our Drilling
Supervisors and Drillers are well-experienced people able to operate
under extreme field conditions reporting back to the General Manager
and discussing key issues with clients
on-site.
